Quality 1# Agility

               It is the state or quality of being agile; nimbleness.

Agility is the ability to change body position rapidly and accurately without loosing balance. It  is the basic component of physical fitness. Although its exact nature has not determined, it depends on muscular power, reaction time, co-ordination, and dynamic flexibility. It can also be told as a component of physical fitness that describes changing the body’s direction with speed and precision. So for being flexible you need to exercise daily have a healthy diet and to practice dance daily.

    hi buddy nice post! I HAVE A GREAT PASSION FOR BARATANATYAM. but i couldnt learn it. your posts are interesting. it would be great if you post small video clips demonstrating it. i’m planning to learn baratnatyam through online. pls tell me any sites where i can buy baratnatyam cds.

  2. @drgmsprabha: Thanks for asking. I strongly recommend that not to learn bharatanatyam through cds. It should be learn t through a well experienced teacher. You can gather lot of theoretical info on Bharatanatyam but to learn it seriously you need a proper teacher to correct your mistakes. There are lot of institutions now teaching Bharatanatyam. Learn it if u r serious abt it.
