The Perfect RASA (Dissapointment)

In Sanskrit there is a saying called

Yatho Hastato Dhrishtihi,

Yatho Dhrishtisto Manaha,

Yatho Manatato Bhavaha,

Yatho Bhavastato Rasaha.

Meaning;

Where the Hands go, the Eyes should follow
Where the Eyes go, the Mind should follow
Where the Mind goes, the Emotions are generated
Where the Emotions are generated, Sentiment arises.

In the above saying the first two lines are very important. It has to be practised perfectly and sincerely. This needs a lot of  hard work. When this is done, the rest of the 2 lines  comes within ourselves automatically. And there arises the life of dance.  So, the eyes play a major role in dance.
